Please allow up to 3 business days for standard prescription refills and 1 week for compounded medications. You’ll be notified by email when your prescription is ready for pick-up.

If your request is urgent or your pet is unwell, please call us directly at (403) 299-0336 instead of using this form.

To help us process your request efficiently, please ensure we have the correct medication name, concentration, amount, and instructions for use.

Please note that medications not picked up within 2 weeks will be returned to stock, and a restocking fee may apply.
